Dermgraft is an in-office procedure based on the aspiration through a small cannula of a limited amount of dermis (less than 10 cc) through a syringe. The tissue is processed in a closed system by selective filtration and is injected through a needle or cannula in the same way as a dermal filler like hyaluronic acid.
