ROLLER TIPS

Gold-coated stainless-steel micro-needles designed for precise, uniform micro-channeling and efficient delivery of bio-active

Roller Tips can be used in two ways:

• with Plexr® energy alone, for mechanical micro-channeling combined with controlled energetic stimulation

• or together with Plexr® energy and Plexsomes (or other active bio-regeneratives), when a deeper and more complete

regenerative biological response is desired

PROTOCOL :

STEP 1

• Cleanse the skin and disinfect with a non-alcoholic antiseptic : Clinisept​

• (Optional) Perform a light plasma peeling with BioTips to improve turnover and uniformity.

STEP 2

• Insert the Roller Holder and apply the selected Roller Tip.

• Perform an initial light and even pass.

• Apply Plexsomes or another regenerative active.

• Repeat vertical, horizontal, and diagonal passes to maximize transdermal diffusion.

• Add additional product as needed to maintain hydration during the treatment (recommended: approx. 2–2.5 mL for full face).

STEP 3

• Apply a soothing cream (e.g., zinc oxide), optionally delivered with BioTips, to stabilize the skin surface.

Treatment Plan

• 3 in-clinic sessions (Day 0, Day 15, Day 30) with an optional 4th session (Day 45)

• 2 at-home supportive treatments (scrub and mask) between sessions

• Maintenance recommended with a touch-up session after 6 months

Note

• Select the Roller Tip depth and Plexr® handpiece based on: skin type, sensitivity, and treatment goal.

• Topical anesthetic may be used 30 minutes before treatment if the patient is sensitive.
